An internship that produceswork worth showing.
R3i FutureFit places you inside a live workstream at an R3i venture for six sprints. You get a named mentor, weekly written review, and a final panel defence. What you leave with is a portfolio of evidenced work — reviewed to the standard the team holds itself to.

How it works
Match to a track
Six live tracks across product, data, AI, venture, design and growth. Each one is a real workstream inside an R3i venture, not a simulation built for training.
Work six sprints
A weekly theme, a named outcome and three to four graded tasks. You are reviewed against the same bar as the permanent team, in writing, every week.
Defend your work
The final sprint is a panel. You present the decision you made, the evidence behind it, and what you would do next — and you take the hard questions.
Leave with proof
A verified skills passport, a recorded defence and a written case study. Evidence a hiring manager can actually assess, instead of a certificate of attendance.
What makes it different
Most virtual internships are recorded content with a completion badge. FutureFit is built on the opposite premise: the only thing that transfers to a career is work someone qualified has reviewed and challenged.
Deliverables, not shadowing
Every sprint ends in something that exists: a spec, a pipeline, a memo, a blueprint. If it can't be reviewed, it isn't a sprint outcome.
One named mentor
Not a cohort channel and a bot. A single practitioner who reviews your work weekly and signs off — or doesn't — on each sprint outcome.
Remote and honest about it
Ten to fourteen hours a week, asynchronous by default, with two fixed live sessions. Designed for people who are also studying or working.
Assessed against real work
The rubric is the internal one. A pass means your output met the standard the team uses on Monday morning, not a course grading curve.
Autumn 2026 applications are open
Applications are reviewed on motivation and availability, not on where you studied. Pick a track, tell us why, and we will match you to a mentor.
