You join a live product squad as an analyst. Over six sprints you scope a real user problem, size the opportunity, write the spec, instrument the metrics, and defend the decision to a review panel. Every deliverable is reviewed against the same bar we hold internal work to.

Each sprint has one named outcome. Your mentor signs it off, sends it back with written challenges, or fails it — the same three options the permanent team gets.

    Orientation & problem intake

    Outcome — A one-page problem statement your mentor signs off on.
