Host a track. Get real work back, and a defensible read on the person who did it.
FutureFit is not a work-experience placement you have to find something for. You bring a workstream that genuinely needs doing; we structure it into six graded sprints, supply the assessment framework, and run the cohort operations around it.
What we ask of you
One real workstream
Not a made-up project. Something on your roadmap that a capable person could move in six sprints with supervision.
One named mentor
Roughly two hours a week: a weekly review, a sprint sign-off, and availability for questions in between.
One panel seat
Thirty minutes in the final week to hear the defence and ask the questions you'd ask a new hire.
What you get back
Deliverables you keep
Every sprint outcome is your IP — the spec, the pipeline, the memo, the blueprint.
A hiring signal you can trust
Six weeks of reviewed work beats an interview loop for predicting how someone actually performs.
A pipeline, not a pool
You meet candidates who have already worked inside your context, tools and standards.
Mentor development
Reviewing and signing off someone else's work is the cheapest senior-development exercise there is.

Bring us a workstream
If you can name the outcome you want in six weeks and the person who would review it, you have everything needed to host a track. Tell us the shape of it and the programme team will scope it with you.
